Leo Lissin — Founder

Leo Lissin founded Quantero Capital to develop a disciplined alternative-investment platform combining market research, systematic analysis and active risk management.

His experience includes more than 15 years of personal involvement in financial markets, with a particular focus on equities, listed options, volatility and trading systems. His broader professional background includes entrepreneurship, business operations, technology, automation and team leadership.

Leo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He has also completed additional educational programs relating to investment management, financial markets and quantitative trading including: Investment Specialization Program (University of Geneva), Algorithmic Trading Programme (Said Business School -University of Oxford) and other trading related courses from the New York Institute of Finance.

At Quantero, Leo is responsible for the development of the investment process, research framework, risk policies and firm strategy. His core belief is building a fund with incredibly skilled people and providing a modern approach to the Hedge Fund world- where tech and human insights thrive together.
