Leo has been involved in financial markets for over 15 years, developing deep experience in equities, options, derivatives, and systematic trading. His background blends finance, entrepreneurship, quantitative research, fintech systems development, and real-world leadership — a combination that shaped the disciplined, modern philosophy behind Quantero Capital.

Leo began his journey through active day trading and short-term derivatives strategies, which led him to pursue structured approaches to risk, probability modeling, and algorithmic execution. Over more than a decade of refining his craft, he developed a systematic framework built on trend dynamics, mean reversion, volatility analysis, and defined-risk derivatives — the foundation of Quantero’s investment process today.

Before founding Quantero Capital, Leo built and led multiple companies in the fintech, automation, and digital systems arena, where he managed global teams and developed efficient, technology-driven business models. His entrepreneurial work included creating automated systems, operational frameworks, client platforms, and digital infrastructures — experience that directly enhances Quantero’s research, execution, risk management, and operational oversight.

Leo also founded ConquerFX, a proprietary trading firm designed to train and develop disciplined traders through structured evaluation programs. This venture emphasized risk control, behavioral discipline, and repeatable strategy design — all of which reinforced his shift from traditional discretionary trading into a fully systematic, rules-driven investment approach.
